Aditya Khalatkar

Aditya is a post-graduate in Physics from the University of Bonn. He received a BCSG fellowship to pursue his Master’s degree at the University of Bonn. He specialized in theoretical Physics and investigated the holographic approach to quantum gravity through the AdS/CFT correspondence using the SYK and complex SYK model during his Master thesis. He recently joined the Thurley group at the University Clinic Bonn. His current research interests are the mathematical life sciences, with a particular focus on studying biological systems using tools and techniques of mathematical modelling. Outside of work he is a member of the university Jugger team and his hobbies include hiking, sketching, music and football.
