Elisabeth Tan

Elisabeth studied Molecular Medicine at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen, where she received her Master’s degree. During the project of her master thesis, she focused on new targeting strategies in different pancreatic cancer subtypes. In 2022, she joined the Hölzel lab at the Institute of Experimental Oncology in Bonn as a PhD student. In her research work for the PhD, she will concentrate on elucidating the dynamics of drug target surface expression to improve antibody-drug conjugate treatments in solid cancers. Further, her project should contribute to evaluate novel combinations of antibody-drug conjugates for cancer therapy.
