Sebastian Kadzik

Sebastian joined the Hölzel Lab in April 2022 for his Bachelor thesis to obtain his BSc in “Molecular Biomedicine” at the University of Bonn. In his thesis he focused on the implementation of a novel fluorescent microscopy multiplexing pipeline based on the mechanism used in Co-detection by indexing (CODEX®) to drastically reduce staining and imaging time by staining without cycling. Sebastian continued this project as a student assistant after he enrolled in an Immunology Master’s program. Currently, further improvements are tested to increase the amount of markers.
